School me on a good pcp rifle under $800.

Hatsan Flashpup for around $400 if you like bullpups and don't want to be tinkering with it. I love mine. Benjamin marauder is another good choice quite a bit more money but a proven platform. If you want a slug shooter it will cost more mine was $1600 without a scope. And remember you will need an scba tank, not scuba, a hand pump pure misery or a compressor either large or portable. Mine is portable and was $500.

Another option is the Air Venturi Avenger in .25 Cal. It is a great entry level PCP airgun with a regulator to help with consistency. Usually only comes in much more expensive airguns. Only think I dont like is the plastic stock but they have a wood stocked model that is a little more expensive but still well under your $800 limit. You can get a decent portable compressor from Amazon for about $300
