Getting a little PO'd.. Straightalk question

Okay so I have a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim with the unlimited straight talk plan. I got home tonight to find out I had no servics at the house. Not a big deal but wierd since I live a mile from a cell tower. I turned my wifi on and tried to check facebook.. well it didnt work so I tried to load a tndeer page.. it worked. Not sure why Facebook will not work and everythong else will. Now the biggie.. my phone clock has randomly decided to change to 6:13 PM..

Anyone know the number I need to call to fix this?

Wish I could help.... The galaxy is inferior to the iPhone.....

Okay Im beyond PO'd now.. I contacted the service people three different times. I hope and pray that none of you ever have to deal with their ignorance. I'm going to take it to Wal-mart tomorrow and see if they can help. I don't even know what to say about how pitiful their service agents are. I'm just gonna go to bed before I have a hissy fit lol

Btw.. wifi does work on the phone... In fact I sent this post from my phone

Are you saying it is just a temporary glitch?

Different straight talk phones utilize different towers,(att, verizon, etc). Make sure your phone works on a tower that covers your area. I think wal mart has a return policy in case the phone doesn't work for your area.

I think you are the first person I have seen have any trouble with straight talk.

I am phone ignorant but after buying my son 2 of them, imho your problem is probably like the 6th word in your post. Samsung.
