I have a bunch of catfish fillets I'm going to fry soon was curious what's everyone's favorite recipe thanks
^This…and be sure to trim that nasty grey/red fat off the head end of the fillet.2:1 ratio of cornmeal to flour. Whatever seasonings you like. And shallow fry on medium high heat till golden crispy
The only way to screw it up is to deep fry to long.There's really no bad way to fry catfish!
