That's good to know! Last year, the wife and I ate okra seems like every night for 2 months straight. We experimented cooking okra every way possible.

Dangdest thing keeps happening with my okra something must be wrong with it. Everytime I slice it, it ends up breaded in cornmeal and throws itself in the grease! If this keeps up I'll not have any for pickling or freezing!
