Started with fajita ground chuck for my wife tomorrow night.
Then did peppers and onions.
Fresh Brussel sprouts with butter, olive oil and garlic.
Chicken breast fajitas or burritos whatever you want to call them.
Pico on the side and queso cheese on top.
I'm full.

Looks great. I gave my Blackstone a good workout last week. Made a bunch of Chicken Quesadillas and Mixed-bag Burritos for the freezer. Both thaw out well for a quick meal. I Try to let them that overnight, then nuke em for ~30 seconds. You can crisp them back up in a toaster oven or conventional oven for just a couple minutes.
