Cute. Looks good. But he's fudging a tiny bit and using the roller. The real test is to work the dough by hand. My grandmother made pierogi which is an Eastern European type of ravioli. Everything made by hand. Even made her own noodles. Dad said she would cut with one hand and then switch to the other.
