Fish and shrimp tacos

Made a trip to folly beach for a few days. My favorite part is the fresh seafood. We fried fresh gulf shrimp and fresh grouper, made Baja slaw with chipotle sauce. Fried some corn tortillas and put it all together. Man was it good

do you deep fry the tortillas?

just pan fry. doesnt take long. makes them nice and crispy. and alittle messy
