Got a beautiful ringneck in the bag today.

Any recommendations for taxiderms in Wilson county?

Here's all the "cool" details . . . . . :tu:
The Ring-Necked Duck
http://www.ducks.org/hunting/waterfowl- ... ecked-duck

I'm kinda thinking my very first duck may have been a ring-neck,
although at the time, we didn't know what it was, and just called it a "little" duck.
That was a long time ago, LONG before Cousin Al invented the internet.

Back then, there were basically two kinds of ducks:
Little ducks & Big ducks :)

Sorry drrxnupe, congrats on the kill! I don't have a taxidermist recommendation in that area or anywhere, really...don't let Ruger see this.

BFI was our local waste disposal service at one time...for me, a ringneck is a scrap duck similar to a shoveler. I would only shoot them if I had no other options. I have specifically passed a hundred shots at ringnecks the past several days in Arkansas waiting for a group of Mallards to work in.

LOL..

As much as I get to hunt...I'd probably mount a crow if I got one.

Tunica area is consistently good! Figured N MS delta in the pic and the Oxford connection.

You definitely need to make more time for ducks in the future. Maybe kill a shoveler or merganser next time LOL!

Just kidding dude...really glad to see ya so happy to kill a duck.
