Not sure there any stripers in Priest anymore. At least I have not caught any in several years. Priest is polluted with Hybrids. Below Priest dam used to be great for stripers and hybrids. Last couple years I fished below the dam, mostly hybrids. I quit fishing below the dam when the jumping carp showed up there about 10 years ago. I used to know about 20 guys that fished below the dam year round. A couple of them are really good fishermen. They said the striper and hybrid catching there is nothing like it used to be. At one time, there were some large stripers below Priest, well like most anywhere can be on the Cumberland river.

Walleye trolling?Got rotator cuff surgery coming up July 26. No walleye trolling for a while.
My ears just perked up.
Looks like I'm going to miss it this year. Had surgery on the 26th three weeks ago. Now its 12 sessions of physical therapy starting Friday.Walleye trolling?
