Fall turkey?

Can I shoot a turkey in Meigs county with bow anytime during archery ?

The hunting guide says Meigs county has a fall bag limit of 1. So whether you shoot with a bow during archery or shoot one during the fall shotgun season, you can't kill more than 1 bird in your county this fall.
