Can we make this the official blackstone/griddle thread?
Pulled mine out of cold storage earlier this week. It had sat for months, granted it was covered and in an insulated shop. But still looked to be in real good shape. Little bit of clean up and she was ready to go. Grilled up some peppers & onions, smoked & andouille sausage and some of those chicken tenderloins left over from another recipe. Simple but good.
Looks awesome !

My Son likes to grill and he had a yard wide smile when we got the kit.

Have decided our griddle is never gonna get hot enough. Gonna get a cast iron one because our stove has a central burner just for griddles.
