Engine swap in a chevy

Okay I am thinking about buying a truck/suv 2000-2005 with the 327 in it. I have a new 350 in my wreck truck. Can I swap motor? It the electrical stuff I am wondering about

Is the engine in the new truck bad? Reason I ask is because the engine in the newer truck is a way more efficient engine compared to the older 350

Too many differences. The LS based engines are way different. Would require a LOT of custom fab work. What do you want for the 96 350?

I paid $2800 for the motor, it got 50k miles on it now. So I would have to have $1500
