Embedding a YouTube Video: A Tutorial

This is not a difficult task. Let me show you.

While on the YouTube site, the address bar might looking something like this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-3QRkskM3j8

The easiest way I've found is to copy everything after the "=" -3QRkskM3j8. You can also find this same text by selecting the "share" option below the video.

Click on the YouTube icon in the post editor and paste this information in between the YouTube tags.

Success.

Aha! It tried to copy the = sign from the initial copy, but had to delete it once it was pasted between the YT tags.

On desktop, you use "post reply" instead of "quick reply". It's directly under the buttons used for bold and italic font. There's a pic in the OP where the button is circled in red.
