This is not a difficult task. Let me show you.
While on the YouTube site, the address bar might looking something like this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-3QRkskM3j8
The easiest way I've found is to copy everything after the "=" -3QRkskM3j8. You can also find this same text by selecting the "share" option below the video.
Click on the YouTube icon in the post editor and paste this information in between the YouTube tags.

[youtube]-3QRkskM3j8[/youtube]
