Eliminating raccoons.

My son caught one eating from the cat's food bowl. He shot it with the AR. My deck and deck chair sustained some damage, from the 1 round he fired.

Guess it's less noticeable damage than it would have been had he used buckshot.

I've done the same thing to the deck with a 22 and a raccoon in the cat food. Gotta do what you gotta do

You know a live trap cost would be a lot cheaper than the cost of replacing chair and deck board plus the hassle of replacing. That's funny and it reminds me of somethings I've done that wasn't too bright!!

The round must have separated after impact. I thought there was fmj ammo in the magazine, but it could have been soft points.

I'm not thrilled with shooting critters this way, but we're trying to help the Turkeys.

I've got a couple of grey foxes using the area as well. I'm thinking they take a toll on poults as well.
