I put a whole rack of ribs on the water smoker at 5:15, 220* with mesquite smoke. Be ready bout lunch time. Tater salad and deviled eggs in the works, prolly some baked smoked beans gonna ruin me for the rest of the day. May need a peach cobbler for the kill shot.
