4 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1t. dill
1/4t. pepper
1 can salmon, drained and flaked
1 1/2c green peas
8 oz. shredded chedder cheese
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 mediumn onion, chopped
1/4c. fine dry bread crumbs
Whisk eggs in mixing bowl, stir in soup, dill and pepper until blended well. Add he flaked salmon, peas, half the cheese, bell pepper, onion, and bread crumbs. Stir to blend.
Transer mixture to a greased 8x11 baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese and continue baking for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
I just thought something different for a change.
And to keep healthy, we need some kind of fish at least three times a week. I think I heard that right.
