Earned income for incometax

Can someone answer this question for me?

the question is that H&R block told us that we will not be able to file our income tax because they are taking the earned income option away. where we self employed people can't file income tax and it will save the Government a lot of money. so Is this true or is it just a rumor?

If you earned income, you have to file taxes. With that said, there may be some changes to the earned income credit, but you still need to file.

Yes i know but H&R block told us that they are taking the earned income away. but we are going to file anyway but if they took the earned income credit away how does that work after they take it away.

oh i c dang that's not good.I hate to have to pay them for me working with dad. we pay taxes every time we sale something.

But anyway maybe one of the experts might chime in and we can find out about if this is true or what.

you are filling 2012 taxes this year they did not do away with it if you need help filling let me know I can help you. Do not go with HR block they are not worth what you get.

So the Earned income tax credit is still there they just updated it.

All I have to say is that self employment tax sucks.

Umm, if you're employed to have to file, unless you're an illegal immigrant then you don't have to pay taxes, file returns, but Uncle Sam will Still send you a Refund check. So my advice is to change the your name to Pedro.

yes the self employment tax is the the one tax that normally catches some people off guard. dh if you want some help on your taxes let me know I can help and get them filled. I have the program to do the taxes and file electronically.
