I just purchased a tractor for our farm property and thought I was ready to disc and get some plots planted but I didn't have everything for the attachment of the disc. I have a 2008 Mahindra 4110 tractor and then the 8' hydraulic disc (which I should have gotten a better picture of). What is my best option for getting this hooked up with jimmy rigging something?

On our tractor there is a hitch bar that slides in the receiver of tractor....hitch bar has pin hole in each end.....pin to tractor.....pin to disk....hope that makes sense......your receiver has two pin holes to choose from........if you don't have the hitch bar you might could purchase a drawbar that connects to lower arms....then pin disk to drawbar....never done it that way but there are those online that do.

I always called them a belly bar but I guess draw bar is the correct name. That is what you should use. I would advise against using the lift bars with the attachment. It would be ok to just move it around or tow a wagon but not the beating it would take from a disc. JMO

Too bad you're so far away: I took mine off over 6 years ago and have never needed it since. Assuming I could find it (big IF), I'd give it to you.
