I built this rifle just for this hunt in sumner county i had the opportunity to hunt there today

This deer is so special to me I may shoulder mount her or i might sober up in the am
I have been after her for 2 year
i needed to unload my ml so what better way than on a deer but not any deer the floppy tongue doe my first kill with the new ml and 247 yd shot to boot
i went to my land this eve only to discover a lot of ice damage and fallen trees it was very up setting
i was just tore up and a lot of trees were blocking my food plot i said what the heck i will hunt any way
then i saw her 265 yds and over the property line sure i could shoot her and no one whould know but that is not how i do it
i saw the tounge so i knew whcih deer this was
she turned headed straight toward me she rossed the line and at 247 she turned broadside
i dialed 3.5 moa paused a let her fly
she ran into the woods it was 4 so i said i better go find her
i looked and looked could not finde her i was tore up as i knew what deer it was then i doubled back and found her in a ravine ... west tn ravine middle tn deep hole ... east tn small ditch
i had to wench her out
it is hard to admit this i cried on way home this deer is so special to me
she has the prettiest eye lashes i have ever seen on a doe
she is always alone never with other does
just hard core no teeth messed up jaw but just had a will to live
first deer with new ml
247 yds shot (not my longest with ml 292 is )
and this deer
i think i am gonna should mount her
i have killed 292 deer in 17 year
i have killed babies does small buck med buck 180 inch buck
killed with x bow compound bow recurve bow piston rifle ml side lock ml
but non are as special as her
i am a terrible hunter .................proficient killer but suck as a hunter
i have been fortunate to know some great hunters charlie jefferys wes parrish roger morris and my trophy hunting heros ben harrison and matt powel and jim shockey
i am on cloud 9
