Actually we quit going to the trouble and started buying them frozen and cook them in the oven.
Just as good as most I have had.
Now I'm thinking that fried fish is actually Long John Silver or Captain D's. Just the thought of either one of those places makes my stomach turn. Lol
Add some grits and you have one of my favorite meals.
And pintos with jalapeños! Dude...
