Dale Hollow lake day

My Wife and I took a staycation last week as I worked on my stone wall project. We have always been partial to Dale Hollow lake so we decided to rent a boat for a day and another couple joined us. We rented it from Dale Hollow Marina - what a great group of people. I had forgotten how beautiful that lake is. We rode around and settled into a cove, set the anchor and enjoyed the water and some fishing. Doing this again in the Fall.

I am headed up there Sunday for a week hope to learn some about fishing the lade then.

Dale Hollow is beautiful! We own some land on the E Fork Obey River. When the water is up we can get the jet boat to the lake other wise we just enjoy our river. Can’t wait to get back there this fall.

I live an hour away and take for granted how pretty the lake is. The water is so clear there.

I’ve always wanted to fish that lake but haven’t had/made time to go there. I’ve been by there a couple of times years ago and it’s a beautiful place.
