Neither is my Savage, or Remingtons, or Rugers....but my Winchester Classic.............that is a different story ;)

Shooting MOA at 1000 is a totally different ballgame than at 100 due to external and internal factors. In a vacuum, there would be no difference (ie 1 inch group at 100 would be a 10 inch group at 1000), but due to wind, temps, mirage compounded on velocity variations between rounds, it is significantly harder to shoot MOA at 1000 yards than 100 yards.

I would also expect a MOA gun at 1000 yards to shoot better than MOA at 100.
