Craigslist, do people not answer back.

I have been thinking about a dog again for a while. I have written emails and texted on a few pups i was interested in. Got no responce at all. Dang at least reply if its gone or pull the add.

a lot of them are fake, they just want your email address to send you scam,
Try some of the animal shelters, or dog rescue sites, better luck there

I've typically had decent luck till this last week. Some joker has a PSE with case etc listed. I've emailed him four times with no response. Frustrating.

I agree and they had phone numbers said text or call did both. Then one text me about a white pit and said i really did not want white. Then text me on a blue pit pup I said i would like that one never heard another word from him.

Well kinda hard for me, I look and the pup has to show me personality if that makes sences. The pitbull was blue and was short stocky bow legs and mean looking lol just loke me. The American Bull dog was same way.

I miss my rotie and would love another. But he had a personality that i never seen in a dog. Hard to replace him. Thats why i have not gotten another. Plus at that time i could not take care of him dealing with the cancer. Now I am ready for another.

It's not Craigslist, per se. It's PEOPLE. I've had good luck with most items on there. Was stood up once after a 30 minute drive on a holiday to meet the person. Had their number, but they never answered again. To balance that, though, I've bought and sold probably 20+ times with no problem, met some decent folks. Try to stay local when I can.

Had a local pit rescue group here out in front of Petsmart last weekend with some fine looking dogs. Found anything like that up your way?

According to my cousin's hippie baby momma, CL pet ads are nothing but places for dog fighting folks to trade bait/rape dogs You must sound legit...that's why they're not interested.

Craigslist is probably the LAST place I would look for a dog.

When You have to post things like...
"No, the kitchen table I have for sale is NOT haunted"
or
"Yes the kitchen table can be painted pink...AFTER you buy it"

Should tell ya something about Craigslist.
