Moment coyote mauls Arizona toddler before attacking ANOTHER child
Shocking home security footage captured the moment an Arizona toddler was set upon by a bloodthirsty coyote, before it later attacked another child half a mile away.
Invasive species, terminate at will. Some of the younger folks here might not believe it, but there were no coyotes in Tennessee, none, not really that long ago.
Coyote mix.It was probably a labrador misidentified as a coyote.![]()
Coyotes and armadillos. Two species I wish had never moved in.
Saw my first yote in 1986, very soon after that they seemed to be everywhere. Some of the younger folks here might not believe it, but there were no coyotes in Tennessee, none, not really that long ago.
Absolutely right. Thank goodness I don't have them on my place (or in suburban Nashville) yet.I'll add FIRE ANTS! they are little devils!
I was going to ask when people first started seeing them. The 70s? When we bought our place in Humphreys County in '87, place was already loaded with them.Saw my first yote in 1986, very soon after that they seemed to be everywhere.
In Tennessee I saw my first coyote around 82-85, I was hunting with Mike Belt and had one come out while deer hunting. In Kentucky, I was deer hunting on one of the farms and had one cross the cut field. I did not shoot either. The one in Tn was such a surprise I let him walk, and the one in KY, I had 2 family members on tree stands in the woods behind the coyote so I didn't want to take a chance.I was going to ask when people first started seeing them. In the 70's and 80's we had well over 100 muscovy and mallard ducks on the creek where we lived. In the late 80's we sold most of them. Fast forward to 2022. I raised a dozen to maturity. They lasted less than 10 days on the same creek. When we move back in, I'm gonna declare war on yotes. I'll bait them in with a live chicken and smoke their tail. Some of the younger folks here might not believe it, but there were no coyotes in Tennessee, none, not really that long ago.
Im far eastern middle tn. West tn had them a few years sooner.I was going to ask when people first started seeing them. The 70s? When we bought our place in Humphreys County in '87, place was already loaded with them.
I'll add hogs. The riff raff that hunts them from the road with thermals comes with them.I'll add FIRE ANTS! they are little devils!
Lived in Vicksburg MS from 80-87. We'd cross the river to LA to fish & would see lots of coyotes & armidillos, but had none on MS side. One summer during that period the river just about went dry, barges stuck all up & down it. That fall while deer hunting on MS side is when I first saw coyotes & armidillos east of river. Truly believe they crossed it during drought. In Tennessee I saw my first coyote around 82-85, I was hunting with Mike Belt and had one come out while deer hunting.
