Feel like I haven't cooked much in months except to grill stuff on the small gasser. Which is great and convenient but I like to fire up the chimney of charcoal and put the Weber to work when I get the chance. This was last Sunday.
8 lb pork butt pretty simple. Also made for some excellent nachos & a bbq pizza later in the week.
White beans and kale soup with Tasso ham. Courtesy of Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois and his Duck Camp Dinners YouTube series. Ate on this all week too for lunch and farted constantly. Good week.
