I've been reading Connecticut's new anti-gun law that suppose to be one of the strongest in the nation.

But I doubt it was a very well thought out law and I doubt they met for this to happen.

Here are some of the requirements of ALL gun owners in the state under this law.

NRA Safety Training Corse
Fingerprints submission (to local Police & FBI)
Fingerprints used for FBI (Federal = National) Criminal Background check

Funny thing is this is the VERY SAME REQUIREMENTS for the states CCW permits.

Now the states CCW permit law says that once a person has gone though and passed all those then the state MUST give him a CCW permit.

So now if the state follows the laws then ALL the firearm owners in the entire state will be having carry permits and can carry loaded guns all the time.

I don't think that's quite what they had in mind when they passed the law.

But then again stupid people will always be stupid.

That is funny, Wildcat. The boneheads have enabled more armed people in the general population. Somtimes ignorance does work in OUR favor. :)

The sad thing is that most of the time it works against us as you well know.
