How many fool with them? They aren’t all that good for much but I just like packing one sometimes. I like the history of them with guys like Pat Cleburne and the James bros had them as standard equipment during the war. If you feed them right you’d be surprised at how accurate they are.

I've had several modern Ruger Old Army cap and ball pistols which were very accurate. I've also played around with a replica 58 Remington and Roger and Spencer. To me, the R & S was superior to both the Colt and Remington....it just always felt better in my hand. They're fun to shoot but clean up was a pain.
