Just finished tearing all my reels completely down. Degreased and re-lubed. Now all they need is some fresh line and they are ready to go. I forgot what a tedious chore that it is. Glad i am done.

I'm about to do the same... these dreary days when I don't wanna be outside anyway are just the ticket for this kinda stuff.

Any secrets to unsticking a handle that won't rotate? Got a few spinning reels and the knob on the end of the handles wont turn, very aggravating.

Oddly enough, too justr buy new reels. As for the sticking handle, justr soak it in some fine machne oil. Put the oil in a glass or bowl and hag the reel so the knob is in the oil. Let is soak while you are out buying a new reel.
