Anybody drawn for the hunt this past weekend have any luck?

I got close, but somebody else was closer. Hard to believe 75 people scattered over 25,000 acres could get so close to one another.

Either way, the good Lord blessed us with some nice weather (Thursday excluded) and I got out without gettin' shot, stung, or snakebit...hard to complain.

Did you hear much gobbling. I had the Lower Hatchie this weekend and only heard one bird gobble twice on the roost in 4 days. I'll be at Chickasaw for the 2nd hunt.

I got drawn for the 2nd hunt. Some buddies had first, hunted 3 days and heard one gobble and no shots. Maybe this warmer weather will get them going.

I killed, heard several, had five come in ,took a nice adult, then went back in that eve, got one to gobblin, had him at 60yds for an hour, had a hen get with him, my buddy almost got him. Also had another friend kill one. Like old times, good hunt. Good to go back.

I heard a decent amount of gobbling. At least 4 different birds. Heard 3 sets of shots...one REALLY close.
