I had the same situation with a guy in KY. After years of trying to contact him to no avail, my buddy and I drove to his house and knocked on his door. He was there but wouldn’t come out! I left a message on his machine and just told him, we only wanted our mounts back and we weren’t going to leave until we got them. He finally came out and we went through his freezers and got some of our stuff. There was so much that it was going to take hours to get everything so we were satisfied somewhat and left. He was down on his luck with his wife and health and it happens. I’m convinced it woukd have never been mounted. I had a sixth sense when I left it and should’ve listened to it. Glad you got your horns back at least.
