canning peppers?

how do yall can hot peppers? i always pour boiling vinegar
in my jars of pepper, but dont care for the vinegar taste.

I use apple cider vinegar. That's it. I love it. I just don't 4 jars of habaneros

I don't see why you couldn't pressure can them. Pickling is simpler, but if you don't like vinegar give it a try. Do you have a Ball Blue Book?
