Rain that is? I'm wanting to put my seed out, but was curious on opinions of how much rain is to much.

The only downside really is that if you are broadcasting the seed, and have a torrential downpour, seed can be washed away depending on how the plot lays

We drilled ours in on 9/4 and the ground was so wet, it had started to sprout with no rain when I checked it on 9/12. It was really dry by 9/12 and I was hoping for rain. Well, it started raining at 11:30am and rained for 24 hours NON STOP. I was loving every bit of it, except for the fact that I couldn't get anything done. I was so bored I started dusting our cabin :shock: . Can't have too much, as long as your seed doesn't get washed away. Not sure if we will get any weather from that tropical storm/hurricane, but I would definitely try and get that seed out before then. Good luck!

I sowed some clover in the backyard yesterday and it's already sprouted. Need to get a little more out this week in a couple spots.
