Found this while fishing the other day. Looks like a drill marks and maybe a partial blasted rock, only thing is there's nothing nearby that would have been drilled or blasted to my knowledge.

Looks like a core drill to me. The smaller one so the engineers could locate solid rock and the larger on the same spot for a poured concrete foundation. Is there a newer bridge nearby?

Yeah it could very well be. There is a bridge down river roughly 300 yards. Could be from that and was moved by at machine a some point
