Burris warranty

I've had a pair of burris landmark binoculars 8x32 laying around for a few years ( with missing eye cups ) finally decided to send them in for repair for the heck of it.
To my surprise instead of replacing two small rubber eye cups they sent me these as a replacement. I'm very impressed 10 fold.

Anyone else had any dealings with Burris warranty.

I dropped my turkey gun a couple years back and busted a fastfire. I called about sending it in for repair service and got the RMA. I sent it in and they sent me back a new fastfire, free of charge. Top notch service.

I've never had any dealings with them, but what they did for you is impressive, to say the least. Like REN and whiskey eluded to, I have read nothing but good stuff about their customer service. Also for what it is worth, it is my understanding that Beretta owns both Burris and Steiner. Thanks for sharing with the group, that is good to know.
