Burris or Vortex?

I'm about to pull the trigger on a Chinese scope unless I back out at the last second and get another Sightron. I'm seriously looking at Arken Optics and this particular scope....

The vortecs would prob do ok without any recoil.

(I'll never buy another one of vorteks products.)

Is vortecs a knock off vortex? I can see why you might have trouble with a vorteks
