Bur oak acorns?

As a member of the white oak family are they highly sought after by deer? Anyone know?

They are one of the favs.

Yes they grow fast and drop early. We planted a bunch about 10 years ago and they are producing tons of acorns early. In fact they were one of the few trees that had any acorns this year.
