Hey guys me and my doe are going to the Busch Race in August....never been before..we have tickets in Waltrip section T row 10 seats 4 and 5 are these seats going to be good???

I know there is a diagram on the back of the tickets but I was wanting to know from someone that would have maybe sat there before??? :confused:
 
You should be able to see both the back stretch and the front stretch, turn 3 and 4.....the middle of turn one into turn two may be a little hidden from you being so low. You will get to see Victory Lane good if your favorite guy wins the race and you wanna watch that.
 
should be good you will probably just see the tops of the cars in 3 and 4 but being that low you can feel the race. I have sat in turn 2 row 14 and I could barely see the top of the car in the turn.
 
I will be there for the Busch race and the Nextel. Spit, are you not going to the Nextel race? I dont have a clue where our seats are...
 
Spitndrum you will be fine! You will be able to see the cars getting loose coming out of four going down the front stretch from your section... It is Bristol man...you will be able to see, smell, and maybe wear some small black dots of rubber home with ya!
 
I am sitting in the middle between turn 4 and the start/finish line. This is my first time going. Dont know how high I am though. Im pumped!!

thats about where we will be sitting too between 4 and the finish line I need to look at the tickets and see exactly where.

Cool, Ill be the one with my shirt off holding up a budweiser can and screaming at the top of my lungs... i bet you can pick me out of the crowd :wink:
 
Any place in the bowl is awesome me and the little lady will be drinking a few and cheering the smoke pole and jr. on and camping behind the track !!!! It will be hot so x-tra beer and ice is a must have!!!!!

Now for another ? If I live in Crossville and I'm driving to Bristol...What time do I need to leave I expect atleast a 3 hours drive or more....never been up there..I mean I have been through it to go to the beach and such but how is traffic..it's a night race so what time is a good time to be seated????

It takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes for the drive to the scorcher at Bulls Gap a big late model race I will be there Thursday night!!! :grin:

Who knows..... Hard to get all pumped up. Va. Tech just lost a coach that has been there 28 years. Who knows what a lower level first year coach from Memphis can do at Va. Tech. Memphis wouldn't have been on the map if it wasn't for their qb.

Bring your binoculars... :)
