Good to see scam artists like this taken to the wood shed. Those ripped off will get a tad of personal satisfaction, although their money is long gone/ spent.

Dont be so sure. Restitution is often a part of these cases.

Would be nice, and I'm sure he will be ordered to pay restitution.... however, you can't squeeze blood out of a turnip.

Guy I knew told a judge that one time in regards to back child support.
Judge said yeah your right but I can lock the sob up till it rots though.

He paid it up.
