Best Price for Muzzeloader Supplies?

Who do you guys find to have the best price on supplies? I am looking to buy some Barnes bullets, Blackhorn powder, and Remington primers. I ran this through Midway and they are going to kill me with a $40 hazmat charge and $30 in shipping.

Just buy the powder and primers at a local store, otherwise any vendor is subject to charge a hazmat fee.
