Congrats. It's a great rifle. I hope you enjoy it.
Range report: I was able to shoot the rifle this morning in the mild snow storm. It looks to be very promising and shot factory match ammo in a .5 inch pretty easy. I would think a higher power scope and hand loads would be pretty impressive. I am a little disappointed in the recoil. I was hoping for my recoil sensitive kid to shoot this rifle, but it feels on par with the 7-08 we already have been using.

Looking good man! That's the kind of group I expected to see. And yes, the 6.5CM recoil is very similar to the 7-08.

Put a Limbsaver recoil pad on it. That will solve that problem. I put one on a 7 mag and it reduced the recoil significantly.
