I was able to get one of Bergara's Carbon ridge barrels last year and put it on a premier action. I had it out today and it shot really well. Hornady ELD M 195's shot well but 180 gr Norma Bondstrikes were fantastic.

THis one is just a touch over 9 lbs but that is because the stock is not the lighter weight ridge stock. This stock us a Grayboe Outlander with an adjustable cheekpiece so its about 3/4 lb heavier than the Ridge stock
Who did you get to install the barrel? Anyone close around here? I am looking to get a new barrel installed. Thx Kirk
I sent it to DavidK's son in law in Alabama. I don't trust any of the gunsmith's around here. Closest one to Collierville I would use would be Kent at Southern Cerakote
