Customer service been talking to them about sending my new shot gun back. Couldn't asked for better service sent me all I needed to do walked me all the way. Nice talking people.

I guess they did. I sold it shortly after getting it back the third time and swore off benelli forever.
that's been a few years ago and I wouldn't turn down a ethos 28 gauge now.

I got on a new Shotgun about every year trend for a while. After trying several different brands, I decided Benelli is my favorite.
Never had to deal with customer service at all but it's good to know they're there for you

I have f Franchi I had to send back twice. It would not eject light loads. They were prompt and sent it back the first time doing the exact same thing. I sent a video the second time of what it was doing. It came back working that time. Good luck!
Which Benelli did you settle on?

M2 20 gauge. Have 2 of them

Got the gun back yesterday shot it this morning it is still off a little depending on what shells you use but it is close enough.They said the shot it and it was in their specs but it has improved so maybe it was the jock behind the stock. Shot it off a rest every time, I don't know
