I forgot about it and missed part one. Should I see it before renting part 2. Some people have told me they can be seen apart as two different movies.

I just picked up part 2. I'll let you know after I watch it, but I heard an interview with the producer and he said you could watch part 2 without having seen part 1 and not be out of the loop.

To get the full effect, read the book. It is one of the best I have read.

Part two will make more sense after part 1. But its confusing. They used different actors.

You can, but you miss the entire set-up.

Definitely see Part I first.....or better yet, read the book.
