Sold/Expired AR15 and ammo for trade

I've hemmed and hawed about this long enough, and I know that it's a pretty specific trade request but I'm going to put it out there.

I have a standard PSA 1:7 mid length flat top (I WILL BE KEEPING THE CARRY HANDLE that is pictured on it, but can include an MBUS if needed) AR that has around 200 rounds through it. Lower is a PSA Stealth, with a PSA lower assembly kit. It has been kept in my closet as a house gun, and has usually been shot in the backyard when it's been shot... never been in the field. In great shape. I will include 100+ rounds of hand loaded ammo, and two 30rd Pmags.

I'm looking for a .223 or 6.5 Grendel mini bolt action rifle to use as a kids rifle or walking varmint rifle. I may consider other options, but I really prefer a CZ mini action rifle (527, I believe), followed by Howa mini actions. Secondary options would include a quality Savage 10/110 SS or Tikka T3X in .223, 6.5CM, .260, .270 or 7-08. My preference is for the rifle to already wear a quality scope, but may make concessions for the right trade. Ammo and/or handloading dies/components are a plus, and I can include some components in trade if needed.

I'll consider other offers, but I'm mainly interested in the above items.

I'm in Dayton, but will travel a reasonable distance in any direction to meet someone halfway.

What would you figure the trade value is?

Well, based on current retail, the kit is $550, the lower is $100+, the 2 mags would be $30, and the ammo (soft points) would be around $100. That's if you can find everything in stock, and not counting tax, shipping, or background check (easily add another $100). I don't want to sell it, but I'd be willing to trade with someone who wanted an AR and also had a rifle that I wanted that they were willing to trade.
