I wanted to add some rope to replace the buckles that came with my API Huntin Sticks to reduce potential noise from buckles clanging against my sticks and ran across this rope on Amazon. Came in over the weekend and I put them on my sticks. Did ~9' of 8mm static rope on each stick. Everything is stock regarding the button and I threw an extra half hitch around the rope which turned out to be pretty solid. Leaving a link below to the rope, it was fairly inexpensive and had loops that fit perfectly over the buttons on my sticks. It came with two looped ends so I did have to tie an overhand knot for the third stick but simple fix. I did remove the metal eyelet also.
