Anyone Build Porch Swings?

Probably a stretch, but thought I'd ask. My bride's birthday is next Saturday, and she has always wanted a porch swing. Problem has been, we've never really had a porch suited for one. Well, even though we're renting here, the landlord's gonna come make sure we've got a spot that will support it, so I'm in the market.

Seen a few on Craigslist that look decent enough, but would be more meaningful coming from someone within the TNDeer community.
