space gets used up quick, start adding stuff and 4 wheeler is back in the truck bed lol . lights and some way to heat/cool for summer camping will make you keep it a long time. when possible I stay in camp grounds with full hookups , elect heat is cheaper than propane lol

Got a 20 foot i race race out of. When not racing I roll out some cheap carpet down in it to help insulate an i Built a tall bed that I can take in an out of it. Built it tall where I can slide tree stands totes ect. Under it. Still got room in back for side by side and kayaks. Depending on what we're doing. Got a generator to take if its remote.or can hook up to shore power in Campground. I have also roughed it with no power. Do all my cooking on a camp chef. I love it way cheaper then buying a camper

We did an 8.5 x 16' enclosed about 4 years ago. Me and my younger brother that is. LED lights inside and out, framed in the back end and use the ramp for a deck. Fold down beds on each side above the fender wells, portable sink, stove and microwave. Backed under a 10' x 20' canopy. Park our 4 wheelers under the canopy. We really like it. We were in a hurry getting it finished out for the first season and would have done a few things different but overall it works really well. We don't haul four wheelers in it due to framed in rear end with a storm door.

Couple pics of a messy trailer at season's end. Actually it was like this most of the time....

Picture of white door is where we framed in the rear. When it gets cold the storm door is insulated.

My neighbor had a 16' that he had modified the inside a little bit for camping. Built some shelving in the v-nose with a tv and had the back set up for double bunk beds. Decided to buy a camper so I looked at it but wasn't tall enough to hold my utv so my brother bought it. Works like a charm.

The camper will weigh more by two or three times as much.

I'd be surprised if the cargo trailer weighed 6,000.
