Amazon Fire Stick!

Got a fire stick for Christmas that I enjoy but I have a problem with it.When I start it,the screen says we are not connected to our servers but it still will show movies and videos and music but when I watch the movies on my phone and tablets and switch to the firestick,it dont connect to the TV.Anyone know the problem?

Where is the reset button?Is this what you do when you want to deregister the fire stick?

No it's not a button, it's a menu option. You should be able to do the same thing by just unplugging it and the plugging it back in. That will reset it.

that would be where I start with, after that I would jail break it for all the free movies.

Thanks for the advice but I think the Jailbreak is illegal!!

If used to watch stuff for "free" that normally isn't free, then yes, they are. But the chances of getting caught are next to none.
