It's hard to believe someone could do that but they had an interview with evan longoria and he said it actually happened.
I guess a pro baseball player could do that but seems like pure luck or fake.

It was part of a Gillette commercial he was filming. The filming was done and they asked if he'd do this last bit before they wrapped it up. The catch is fake. The ball was edited in later.
