I was thinking it was a bait horn, but didn't realize the dots were holes..

I bought this horn from Reeder Smith at the show. He just put a strap on it today and is going to ship it to me

Reeder is a relatively new horner from Florida and is doing good work. He had a couple of horns on his table that were "not for sale". They looked good to me and I would have loved to have either one of them. He said he wouldn't sell them because they had imperfections which he showed me. They were so small I probably would have never noticed. It was a pride of workmanship thing and he didn't want to ruin his reputation.... good guy.
